POSTAGE & DELIVERY

• Postage is free for all orders to mainland UK

• For international orders, please contact us for shipping costs

• No tracking number is provided with this service

• Please only contact us if you have allowed 14 business days for the arrival of your parcel and it has not been delivered

• Once your item has been shipped and you have received your confirmation email, Tribe Zuza is no longer responsible for the item

• If your parcel is not collected at your end or the wrong address is given to us resulting in your parcel being returned to sender, Tribe Zuza will advise you and happily resend your parcel at your own expense.

RETURNS

Many of Tribe Zuza's products are one of a kind, vintage and unique global finds. This means these products have been made from old and re-used materials, therefore items may have small imperfections due to their age. Each item is carefully hand selected, so it is important you choose carefully and take a close look at photos provided as there is no exchange or refund on these items that are listed as Vintage or ‘One of a Kind’ finds.

Tribe Zuza will kindly refund all other items that are not listed as Vintage or One of a Kind finds as long as item is returned within 7 days, from day of receiving. The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
